After that, we can adjust things based on your progress—whether it’s switching to bi-weekly sessions or shortening the length.

Most people see significant progress within 12-24 sessions, but we’ll go at your pace! I focus on practical skills that help you grow week-to-week, without rushing or pushing you too far out of your comfort zone. Everyone’s path is different, and some may need more time, especially if there’s deeper trauma. We’ll set your timeline together, and I’ll be with you every step of the way, making sure the plan works for you!
