$165 per 55-Minute Session
EMDR Intensives
$155/hour, 2-to-4 Hours each
I am an Out of Network (OON) Therapy Provider, meaning your insurance may reimburse you for a portion of our session cost if you have OON benefits!
I work with Thrizer to handle OON billing for you - potentially saving you up to 90% per visit, depending on your insurance plan!

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24-hours notice pre-session is required, except in the case of extreme & unforeseen emergency. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed session. Check out the FAQS for other important Q&A’s!
You Have the Right to a Good Faith Estimate: Under federal law, if you are paying out of pocket for therapy, you’re entitled to a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE) that estimates your anticipated total costs for treatment. Out-of-Network (OON) Benefits & The Path to Reimbursement

While there is no guarantee of reimbursement, if you have Out-Of-Network Benefits & have met your annual deductible, it’s possible you could receive a portion of your session costs back from your insurance provider. Typically OON benefits reimburse anywhere from 30% to 70% per session!

Conversely, you can also call the Member Services Phone # on the back of your Insurance Card and use this Handy Script to see if you're covered via convo with your insurance rep!

As an Out-Of-Network (OON) provider, I can provide you a “Superbill” (basically, a receipt for services) once per month that you can submit through your insurance's member portal for potential reimbursement. Your reimbursement would be whatever your provider stated when you checked on your OON Benefits & Deductible remaining.
Reimbursements are typically paid within 2-4 weeks of filing; so, if you submit your bill on the 30th date of that month, you should receive a reimbursement from your insurance between the 14th and the 28th of the following month! -
If doing the OON Benefit Verification and monthly bill submission seems WAY not fun to you, I recommend using Thrizer, a 3rd-party reimbursement platform where you can:

If you choose to pursue OON reimbursement, I’m required by law to provide you a mental health diagnosis.
Your medical records are also subject to request & review by your insurance company, for whatever purposes they deem necessary.
If you want your therapy records completely and totally private to only you & I, then seeking OON Benefits may not be your ideal situation! If that’s no biggie to you, then using your OON benefits can be a great option.
